We work in the open, and you can see it
There is no need to call and ask where your project has reached. From signing the contract to the completion certificate, every step is recorded in front of you in your own portal — your data is kept private, and nobody else sees it.

Design
From your first visit to the office, you open your portal and your project is in your hands: your contract, your concept design and the progress — without waiting for a reply or asking what has changed.
- On the record from day one
The design contract and the concept drawings appear in your portal as soon as they are issued — no paper goes missing, and no two copies disagree.
- Signed securely, and provable
You open the contract, read it, confirm your agreement, then sign electronically — and you receive a signing certificate anyone can verify.
- Your decision, timestamped
When it is your turn to approve the design, an Approve button appears, and your decision is recorded the moment you make it.

Construction supervision
While the building goes up, your portal becomes a window onto your site: progress worked out from the programme, an expected finish date that moves with the work, dated supervision reports with photographs, and whatever the contractor puts to you for a decision — from your phone, wherever you are.
- You know how far the building has actually got
Progress is weighted by how long each stage takes, not by counting stages, so it only advances when work is actually finished. You see what is on site today, what follows it, and where each work stream stands: structure, boundary wall, block work, finishes.
- The finish date as it is, not as we'd like it
The portal works out the expected finish date from what has actually been built. If the work has slipped past what we agreed, you learn that, and by how many days — we neither hide a delay nor reassure you for no reason.
- Your decision on changes, on the record
Variation requests and material approvals from the contractor reach you with the money involved and our technical note on them. You approve or reject with your reason, and your decision is recorded with its date.
- The site and the fees in front of you
After every supervision visit you get a dated report on the state of the work, with photographs from site, alongside interim payment certificates and progress reports. The monthly supervision fee is set out plainly — and one tap on “I made the transfer” notifies accounts and attaches your receipt.

Our note: The sample meets the specification, the price is in line with the market, and it adds nothing to the programme. The decision is yours.

Completion and handover
As construction finishes, your portal carries the completion certificate and the drawings of what was actually built — and then we hand your project over in full, on paper and digitally.
- The finish, documented
The completion certificate and the final As-Built drawings reach you through the portal before handover.
- Everything handed to you
At handover you receive a printed set and a digital set of everything belonging to your project: contracts, drawings, reports and photographs.
- Your portal stays open a full year
After completion your portal stays open for downloads for 12 months — take your documents and drawings whenever you want — then it closes.
